Alfonso is the founder and CEO of Top Spanish Hunting. He holds a double bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and Business Administration from Madrid, as well as an MBA from one of Spain’s most prestigious universities, ICADE Business School.

After completing his academic training, Alfonso began his professional career at BBVA, one of the largest banks in Spain. However, after five successful years in the corporate world, he decided to follow his true passion and dedicate himself fully to the world of hunting. This bold move gave birth to Top Spanish Hunting.

Alfonso’s love for hunting runs deep — passed down through generations from his father and grandfather. From an early age, he dreamed of turning that passion into a profession.

His combination of academic excellence, business knowledge, and deep understanding of hunting has been the driving force behind the success of Top Spanish Hunting, which today stands as one of the leading hunting outfitters in Spain.

Although Alfonso also manages other business ventures, including a pharmacy and a fly fishing company, his heart belongs to the mountains and the field. He spends most of his time guiding international hunters, sharing his knowledge, and ensuring each client lives an unforgettable hunting experience in Spain.

Alfonso will personally guide you on your hunting trip in spain whenever possible. If not, you’ll be in excellent hands with Javier, an experienced and dedicated guide who shares the same passion and commitment to excellence.

Javier is Alfonso’s younger brother and an essential part of the Top Spanish Hunting team. He holds a double bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and International Relations from ICADE Business School, one of the most prestigious universities in Madrid.

After completing his studies, Javier began his career as a consultant at Deloitte, one of the world’s leading professional services firms. However, after three years in the corporate world, his passion for food and cooking led him to pursue his own path.

Today, he runs his own restaurant, where visitors can enjoy some of the finest game meat in Spain — a true reflection of his love for hunting and gastronomy. Like Alfonso, Javier grew up in a hunting family.

From a young age, he spent time in the mountains, learning about wildlife, animal behavior, and the natural environment. His deep knowledge of hunting, terrain, and local species, combined with his fluent English and friendly personality, make him an excellent guide for international hunters.

When multiple hunters are in the field at the same time, Javier works alongside Alfonso to ensure that every guest receives the attention and guidance they deserve. With his experience, intuition, and passion, Javier guarantees a first-class hunting experience in Spain.

Alejandra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing. After working for three years in the marketing industry, she decided to join the Top Spanish Hunting team, driven by the company’s rapid growth and growing international reputation.

She is also Alfonso’s couple. After years of building both a personal and professional relationship, they are now engaged and work side by side to provide hunters with unforgettable, world-class experiences in Spain.

At Top Spanish Hunting, Alejandra is responsible for all aspects of marketing and logistics. From managing hunting licenses, coordinating travel, and booking hotels and restaurants to handling accounting and customer service — she ensures every detail is flawlessly executed so our clients can focus solely on enjoying their adventure.

Marketing is her true passion, but over time, her love for nature and wildlife has drawn her into the world of hunting as well. Although she wasn’t a hunter at first, spending so much time with Alfonso in the field sparked a genuine enthusiasm. Today, Alejandra is not only a skilled marketing professional but also a dedicated member of the hunting team.

Whenever possible, she joins our hunting trips — especially when we host couples or female hunters — adding a personal touch, a warm presence, and a unique perspective to the overall experience.

On the rare occasions when a wounded animal needs to be recovered, he works with unwavering determination and focus — achieving a 100% recovery rate so far.

The Bavarian hound, known for its incredible scent-tracking abilities and calm temperament, is one of the best breeds for blood tracking. Brezo exemplifies these qualities perfectly, making him an invaluable asset to the Top Spanish Hunting team.

Beyond his skill, Brezo also brings warmth and companionship to every hunting trip. Clients often form a special bond with him, and his presence adds a unique touch to the overall experience — especially for families or those who simply love dogs and nature.
